Steves & Sons, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Department Lead to guide a team of technicians in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on technical leadership, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement across the facility.

You will oversee work orders, maintenance documentation in eMaint CMMS, and coordination with production and engineering to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. Strong leadership and a hands‑on problem‑solver are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulics/pneumatics, HVAC, welding, PLCs is required or preferred.

• Lead and support maintenance technicians in safe, efficient maintenance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical/electrical systems.
• Coordinate preventive/predictive maintenance programs and manage CMMS records.
