• Performs maintenance and repair on grounds, exterior structures, buildings, and utilities across trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, cement work, painting).
• Diagnoses electrical issues, replaces/installs controls, relays, switches, and wiring; follows National Electrical Code for wiring and conduit work.
