• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or engineering.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as Medical Device is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong communication.
• Willingness to support all production shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delegates and supervises work performed by staff.
• Establishes and manages work schedules and plans for maintenance activity execution.
• Mentors, develops, evaluates, and coaches staff including technicians and reliability engineers.
• Provides input to and manages departmental budget; monitors expenses and cost controls.
• Obtains and evaluates bids from vendors.
• Oversees quality and safety of work and timely completion of contracts.
• Interprets company policies and enforces safety regulations.
• Communicates business issues or opportunities to management.
