Qualifications

• The role oversees a shift of maintenance hourly technicians and compiles reports and statistics on key performance measures for the maintenance department under the Maintenance Manager.
• Involves planning maintenance projects and leading various EHS initiatives related to maintenance and environmental compliance.
• Requires coordinating with facility leadership to maintain equipment reliability and asset performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a shift or team of maintenance hourly technicians.
• Fills in for maintenance manager as needed to oversee the entire facility maintenance department.
• Manages the facility budget including SAP report generation and tracking expenditures.
• Uses KIWI and SAP to track maintenance KPIs such as downtime and reliability.
• Manages the work order system and reports on work order efficiency.
