Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform maintenance of production equipment and facilities. You will lead preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and help drive continuous improvement in asset reliability.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution, strong CMMS skills, and the ability to lead teams and manage contractors.

Qualifications

• CMMS data export and analysis
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of industrial equipment
• Pneumatic/hydraulic system maintenance
• PLC programming familiarity a plus
• Welding, plumbing, carpentry as needed

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve safety issues and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery and assets.
• Lead RCA teams and guide technicians.
• Record issues and track maintenance in CMMS.
• Provide project management for contractors and system planners.
