Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for The Ardenport in Renton, WA. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure compliance with policies, and manage safety practices to protect residents and assets.

Responsibilities include performing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds work; maintaining work orders; conducting property inspections; and mentoring the maintenance team to uphold top-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds as per state guidelines.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to satisfaction.
• Conduct daily property inspections for safety and cleanliness.
• Mentor maintenance team and manage on-call emergencies as needed.
• Communicate maintenance issues promptly to supervisor and manager.
