Position Summary

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will supervise and develop a maintenance team while working on cutting ‑ edge industrial equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key leadership role within the technical operations of the plant. This is a night-shift position with 12-hour shifts.

You will contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions:
