LEGO Manufacturing Virginia Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Team Coordinator to support the operation and reliability of our automated warehouse.

You will lead maintenance activities—preventive, corrective, and predictive—across equipment, sensors, and control systems to ensure safety and product quality. This role partners with cross-functional teams, analyzes downtime, conducts root cause analysis, and mentors technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams or supervising others.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance in an automated warehouse or similar environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (must be obtained upon hire or within a specified timeframe).
• Hands-on experience with repair and maintenance of industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Working knowledge of PLC systems with ability to perform basic tasks (Allen Bradley and Siemens preferred).
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and maintenance-related software tools.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure LEGO warehouse equipment is maintained in optimal condition to support safe, efficient operations and product quality.
• Execute and support corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Adjust and optimize equipment settings and parameters (machinery, sensors, etc.).
• Identify, replace, and manage spare parts based on wear, performance, and operational needs.
• Support installation and configuration of new equipment within the facility.
• Serve as a liaison with external vendors and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve critical equipment issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to coordinate planned downtime and response to equipment failures.

Job DescriptionPosition Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Team Coordinator to support the operation and reliability of a highly automated warehouse environment. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, to ensure equipment performance, safety, and operational efficiency.The Automated Warehouse Maintenance Team Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
