What You’ll Do

This role involves assisting higher-level trades in building, mechanical systems, electrical, or equipment maintenance and operation. The Exposure Control Plan (ECP) ensures compliance with OSHA standards for all employees with occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assisting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other maintenance trades, including ceiling tile replacement, inventory management, and changing air filters.
• Performing minor plumbing, HVAC, and lighting tasks across campus facilities, including material cost estimation and procurement.
• Proficient use of laptops/desktops for word processing, internet, and email.
