Responsibilities

• Answers the telephone, evaluates requests, routes messages, and serves as receptionist.
• Maintains office files/logs and supports personnel, finance, budgeting, and purchasing activities.
• Processes receipts and invoices for payment.
• Assists with inventory and annual stock inspections.
• Prepares and reviews contract expenditures and change orders.
