Maintenance Supply Chain Leader- 3rd Shift

Responsibilities
  • Ensure equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity.
  • Deploy strategies to enhance maintenance and technician capabilities.
  • Implement process improvements for efficiency in package and flavor changeovers.
  • Use visual factory concepts to improve asset utilization and plant performance.
  • Track manufacturing and warehouse metrics to identify maintenance opportunities.
  • Utilize INFOR effectively.
  • Develop and lead a team to handle operational issues and achieve performance goals.
  • Lead change initiatives with minimal impact on personnel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues.
  • Build team capability through employee relations, hiring, training, and communication.
  • Motivate team members to meet goals.
  • Administer policies and ensure consistent attendance.
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, operating forklifts, and working in varying weather conditions.
  • Require off-shift work, some weekends, and less than 5% travel.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $69,900 - $117,000, based on experience and location.
  • Performance bonus: approximately 8% of annual salary.
  • Paid time off including parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and more.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and project experience preferred.
  • 2+ years in operations maintenance and supervisory roles preferred.
  • Mechanical skills and understanding of PLC programming are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S. and a valid driver’s license.
