Position Overview

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the entire maintenance process for the property by ordering supplies, diagnosing maintenance problems, and performing service requests. A strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry is essential.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Customer service focus
• Supervise workflow for service staff and delegate tasks

• Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (when no license is required), carpentry, pool care, and roof and gutter repairs
