Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead technician role.
• Ability to sustain and develop teamwork and team-based problem solving.
• Familiarity with CMMS for tracking PMs and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine safety inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule maintenance tasks based on company priorities.
• Develop, implement, and optimize a robust scheduled PM program for production machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on complex production machinery.
• Oversee maintenance of plant infrastructure and manage external contractors and vendors.
