Job summary

Grande Cheese Company in Brownsville, WI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced dairy facility. You will lead daily maintenance, champion TPM, and coordinate a skilled team to ensure equipment reliability and JIT production.

You will collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to implement root-cause analysis and standardized work, while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
• 6+ years in maintenance in a manufacturing environment; at least 1 year in leadership.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance techniques.
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, and control systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and proactive problem-solving.
• Team player with Respect for People and continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to be on production floor 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and TPM strategies in a fast-paced plant.
• Coordinate technician workflows and reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automated systems.
• Manage CMMS data for predictive maintenance and spare parts.
• Collaborate across production, quality, and engineering teams.
• Promote safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
