Qualifications

- Three (3) or more years of manufacturing experience with leadership training or experience.
- Lean principles and process optimization experience are required.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to communicate and present information.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations at the Wyocena facility to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Lead and support team members, coordinate production schedules, and troubleshoot issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and meet production goals.
