CyberCoders is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the THIRD SHIFT (11PM-7AM) in Lebanon, IN. This on-site role leads a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced food/high-speed manufacturing environment, ensuring timely repairs and adherence to PM schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance supervisor experience in a food/high-speed manufacturing facility.
• Experience leading a team of maintenance techs and other teams.
• Understanding of PLCs and troubleshooting.
• Experience using CMMS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper and timely completion of all scheduled and unscheduled machine repair activities.
• Coordinate the daily workload for assigned Shift Process Technicians.
• Ensure that maintenance resources are deployed to best support the operation.
• Support Operations to ensure optimal run efficiencies for products.
• Support the Maintenance team to ensure high quality work and timely completion.
• Schedule and execute a daily maintenance plan based on production schedule and workload needs.
• Provide technical support to production management.
• Assist in training and development of Maintenance Technicians.
• Help with diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure timely repairs.
• Review work orders to ensure PMs are correct and report needed updates to the Manager.

Title: Maintenance Supervisor - THIRD SHIFT (11PM-7AM)
Location: Lebanon, IN- ON SITE
Salary: $85,000-$95,000/Year + 7-10% Bonus

Requirements: 5+ Years of Maintenance Supervisor Experience within a Food/High Speed Manufacturing facility will be needed for this role. Experience leading a team, of Maintenance Techs, and other teams will be needed for this role. An understanding of PLC's and troubleshooting will be needed, as well as CMMS systems. What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure the proper and timely completion of all scheduled and unscheduled machine repair activities.
• Coordinate the daily workload for assigned Shift Process Technicians.
• Ensure that all the available maintenance resources are appropriately deployed to best support the operation.
• Support Operations as needed to ensure optimal run efficiencies for products.
• Support the Maintenance team to ensure the highest quality of work is completed and work is completed on time.
• Schedule and execute a daily maintenance plan based on the production schedule and maintenance workload needs.
• Provide technical assistance and support to production management.
• Assist in training and development of Maintenance Technicians.
• Help with diagnostics and troubleshooting with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Review work orders to ensure PM's are correct and report needed updates to the Manager

What You Need for this Position

• Five years prior maintenance experience in a food manufacturer setting
• Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience using a CMMS system a plus
• Electrical or controls experience a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities
• A proven track record of working collaboratively with others
• Solid computer skills
