Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Suncrest Vista at Canyon Trails in Goodyear, AZ. You will oversee the general appearance and maintenance of the property and lead the on-site maintenance staff to ensure reliable operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years previous experience in maintenance
• Advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.
