Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at Suncrest Vista at Canyon Trails in Goodyear, AZ. You will oversee the maintenance of the 261-unit community and lead the maintenance staff to keep common areas and residences in top condition.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills, and a proactive approach to safety and resident service. HVAC/EPA experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Suncrest Vista at Canyon Trails, a 261 unit apartment community in Goodyear, AZ.

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.

• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned
