Job summary

Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre in Wabash, IN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the FT Day Shift. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage staff, and coordinate preventive work to keep all systems and grounds safe and well maintained.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in an institutional maintenance department.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department to keep building systems, grounds and equipment safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• May involve managing maintenance staff and coordinating preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and respond promptly to repair needs.
