Responsibilities include basic plumbing, electrical work, lighting, HVAC filter changes, appliance installs, and routine maintenance of facilities. This position is day shift and full time.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and safety‑minded.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor as part of daily maintenance tasks.
• Operate light construction equipment and tools as needed.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs (leaks, clogged drains).
• Handle basic electrical tasks (switches, fixtures, outlets).
• Maintain HVAC filters and air exchangers/AC units.
• Install and uninstall appliances as required.
• Assemble/disassemble medical equipment.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Conduct regular upkeep inside and outside of homes.
• Carry out other duties from Maintenance Operations.
