Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Sandoval Flats, a 216-unit community in Rio Rancho, NM. Initially, the role will be roving across the greater Rio Rancho area until the property is fully operational.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead maintenance staff, perform preventative maintenance, service appliances, and prepare vacant units for residents.
Candidates should have 3-5 years in maintenance and strong carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills; HVAC experience preferred.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Sandoval Flats , a 216 unit apartment community in Rio Rancho , NM. Until the property is operational, you will act as a roving Maintenance Supervisor in the greater Rio Rancho, NM area.
Position Summary:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.
