Job summary

Delphi Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support the Director of Maintenance in daily operations of the Maintenance Department within a healthcare facility serving veterans. You will help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds comply with regulations while maintaining a safe, comfortable, and functional environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with other departments to address maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a maintenance, plant operations, or related environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision of the Maintenance Department.
• Help maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and monitor preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure facility systems and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.
• Assist with maintenance projects, repairs, inspections, and work orders.
• Support emergency preparedness and response efforts.
• Promote a culture of safety throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with department leaders to address maintenance needs and enhance the resident experience.
• Supervise maintenance staff routine repairs and completion of work orders
