Shift: 2nd

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, additional compensation for weekend work.

Hours: 3:00 pm – 1:30 am (flexible as needed)

Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees plant maintenance, leading and directing technicians, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and managing preventative maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities include staff training, safety compliance, equipment knowledge, reporting, inventory management, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associates degree, college certificate, or 5+ years related experience in food manufacturing.
• 2+ years as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports.
• Effective communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Basic PLC experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP experience a plus.

Position-Specific Requirements:

• Weekend work may be required.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Sponsorship is not available.
