Position Overview

The Roving Maintenance Supervisor is a key part of the company's success. This individual will work at multiple job sites and is expected to provide exceptional customer service and develop rapport by being both knowledgeable and friendly. The individual should have strong technical and communication skills and be able to complete small to medium projects alone or with a team.

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential heat pumps, air conditioners, gas furnaces, and HVAC units
• Previous apartment building maintenance experience preferred
• Tech savvy and able to communicate via email and online work order systems
• Ability to follow directions and see tasks through to completion
• Average written and verbal communication skills
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test
• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA 608 Universal License required

Primary Responsibilities

• General apartment and building maintenance including HVAC repairs, appliance repairs, electrical, plumbing, preventative maintenance, snow removal, and other tasks
• Small to medium projects such as door and hardware replacements, kitchen and bath renovations
• Professional interaction with residents, prospects, co-workers, and vendors
• On-call, overtime, weekend, holiday, evening, and emergency work as required

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 80 pounds, climb ladders, work overhead, stand/walk long periods, climb stairs, bend to lift objects, shovel snow, etc.

Transportation

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Position requires frequent local travel and occasional out-of-town travel. Pickup truck or van preferred.
