Job summary

Avanath seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to deliver high-quality service to residents and oversee maintenance staff and vendors. You will ensure timely repairs, curb appeal, and safety compliance across properties, while maintaining strong resident relations.

The role requires HVAC/plumbing/electrical/carpentry expertise, supervisory experience, and a valid license. On-call and weekend work are expected as part of operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience required.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License and strong organizational skills.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills; on-call and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident relations and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
• Inspect grounds and structures; plan preventive maintenance and safety compliance.
• Respond to work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs per policy.
• Maintain records, monitor budget, and ensure cost-effective operations.
