Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities, supervise technicians, and coordinate priorities across a manufacturing environment in North Carolina. You will oversee execution to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, while ensuring proper documentation in CMMS and weekly reporting.

Strong leadership, safety compliance, and preventive/predictive maintenance experience are essential.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical and industrial maintenance knowledge.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Solid understanding of industrial safety practices and regulatory requirements.
Ability to read and interpret equipment documentation and procedures.
Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
Experience with maintenance scheduling and work management.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in MS Office and CMMS usage.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance activities and supervise technicians, coordinating work priorities.
Develop weekly maintenance schedules aligned with resources and equipment availability.
Oversee execution of maintenance work to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Ensure accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and equipment conditions in CMMS.
Update and code maintenance work orders accurately in CMMS and generate weekly status reports.
Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies.
