We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Aurora Apartment Homes, a 162-unit family community in Gold River, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, some overtime, weekends, and on-call emergencies. The salary ranges from $29 to $31 per hour based on experience.

Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor maintains the physical integrity of the community, ensuring safety and security for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving maintenance issues, implementing preventive procedures, and ensuring resident satisfaction and property investment protection.

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience & Education:

• Supervisory experience in maintenance, ideally in an apartment community
• Skills in plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, glass and screen replacement, unit turnovers, painting, and cleaning
