Monroe Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Philadelphia, PA to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and motivate the maintenance team. The role focuses on keeping assets maintained, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality service to residents.

Responsibilities include directing staff, troubleshooting HVAC/electrical/plumbing issues, managing inventory within budget, and coordinating with vendors for outsourced work.

Formación

• : High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• : Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English.
• : Minimum 3 years as Lead Maintenance Tech; reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise the maintenance team including performance, duties, and scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service while working with residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, sheetrock, etc.
• Monitor and replenish maintenance inventory within budget.
• Complete property and unit inspections and document updates for improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors for outsourced work at the property.
• Ensure Safe, Decent, and Sanitary Housing for residents.
