Fitch Irick Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and grounds across assigned properties. You will manage repairs, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to maintain curb appeal and physical condition, coordinating vendors and safety inspections.

Leadership and strong customer service are essential. The role requires at least 2 years in maintenance with supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of maintenance or handyman experience.
• 2+ years as a maintenance supervisor or team lead.
• EPA/CFCS certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, supervise, and perform maintenance repairs across the property.
• Ensure timely unit turnovers per policy.
• Schedule vendors to complete work on time.
• Communicate regularly with management.
• Schedule and supervise preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Maintain safety inspections logged per OSHA and company policy.
• Respond to on-call tasks as needed.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, training, and performance reviews.
• Assist with bid collection, negotiation, and analysis for contracted services.
