Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Oxford Oaks/Avista of Edmond in Edmond, OK. You will own the role and deliver excellent customer service to residents while supervising maintenance tasks across pool, grounds, and appliances.

You will respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance with EPA or CPO certification and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Maintenance responsibilities including pool, exterior lighting, and appliance upkeep.
• EPA or CPO certification required and valid driver's license.
