Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Oxford Oaks/Avista of Edmond in Edmond, OK. You will own your role at the property, serving residents with great customer service and overseeing service requests.

The position supports supervisory responsibilities with pool maintenance, grounds, and appliances, requiring EPA or CPO certification and a valid driver’s license. Join a team with a strong culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have or aspire to a supervisory role.
• Experience with pool maintenance, grounds, and appliances.
• EPA or CPO certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools, and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
