Job summary

CRH's Oldcastle facility is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician responsible for the general maintenance and repair of electrical controls and equipment at the manufacturing site in North Carolina. You will update PLC programs, troubleshoot production machinery, and ensure adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must possess extensive electrical control experience.
• Able to work self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Update and edit PLC programs using supplied software.
• Manage work requirements and prioritize task completion in breakdown situations.
• Advanced troubleshooting of PLCs and production machinery.
• Safely set up, adjust, maintain, and repair machinery and machine parts.
• Read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and ladder logic.
