Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer with locations throughout the southeastern U.S., is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Conley, GA onsite facility. The role requires supervising maintenance staff, coordinating preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality in a loud, industrial environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (vocational/technical education preferred), 5 years maintenance experience, and 2–5 years supervisory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; vocational/technical education preferred.
• 5 years of maintenance experience required.
• 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign preventative maintenance duties and repair requests to maintenance mechanics.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for company trailers and equipment.
• Respond to emergency repair requests from foremen (tires, electrical, forklift, etc.).
• Inspect machinery to ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Plan, supervise and complete special projects as directed by Plant Manager or Maintenance Superintendent.
• Inspect and repair plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, and HVAC units.
• Coordinate with vendors for emergency replacement parts.
