Job summary

Sentara Virginia Beach is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance to plan and supervise plant operations, HVAC, electrical and grounds maintenance. You will coordinate labor and material controls, train staff in safety, and drive efficient resource management across facilities in the Hampton Roads area.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in maintenance with supervisory and project management experience, plus a valid VA/NC driver's license.

Qualifications

4 years of related maintenance or facilities maintenance experience.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Previous project management experience strongly preferred.
Virginia or North Carolina driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control plant operations and maintenance activities.
Maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds in a safe condition.
Administer labor and material controls.
Train maintenance personnel in safety and effective management practices.
Contribute to center success through effective work coordination and resource management.
