You’ll lead a skilled team of maintenance professionals, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about safety, collaboration, and operational excellence. **What You’ll Do:**Maintenance & Operations:* Ensure all machinery and systems are maintained in line with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.* Plan, schedule, and assign preventive maintenance tasks using MES (Hydra) software.* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues; escalate complex problems when needed.* Support equipment start-up and commissioning activities.* Maintain accurate documentation for all equipment and maintenance activities.* Monitor and improve equipment uptime and operational efficiency. Team Leadership:* Supervise, coach, and support a team of Maintenance Mechanics.* Lead onboarding and training for new team members.* Foster a culture of continuous learning, safety, and collaboration.* Contribute to employee development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
