Ferrara in Bellwood is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the overnight shift (5pm–5:30am). You will oversee a team of Mechanics, assign daily work, and ensure maintenance programs keep the plant running safely and efficiently.
You will collaborate with operations to plan maintenance, document activities, and drive continuous improvement. Prior supervisory experience in CPG or food manufacturing is highly valued. This role is on-site with potential for bonuses.

Due to the highly interactive nature of this manufacturing position, in-person attendance and flexibility are essential for supporting production schedules, effective communication and collaboration, real-time problem solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives. Schedules may vary and are subject to change.
This is a night shift position, hours are 5pm-5:30am. Two days on, two days off, every other weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) off.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for a group of Mechanics whom he/she will oversee and assign daily work orders regarding project work, new construction, equipment installation, general building maintenance, emergency equipment repairs and assist other maintenance groups throughout the facility to support manufacturing goals and objectives. Oversee the implementation of the plant's existing maintenance program to include preventative maintenance. The Maintenance Supervisor will work in collaboration with the operating staff to ensure that the plant is safe and operates at peak conditions on a daily basis.

The salary range for this role is $81,225 - $118,300 annually.
