Arcan Capital is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at one of our multifamily communities. This hands-on leadership role requires running the service request system, closing requests within 24 hours, and building a capable team that takes pride in its work.

You will oversee make-readies and preventive maintenance, mentor technicians, manage vendors, and keep the property safe, compliant, and on budget, while still getting hands dirty when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certification.
• Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Supervisory experience and a knack for coaching others (preferred).
• Comfort with maintenance management software, plus your own hand tools, a smartphone, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility for on-call rotations, weekends, and holidays.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll run the service request system (with a goal of closing requests within 24 hours), manage make-readies and preventive maintenance, and still get your hands dirty on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. You'll also recruit, train, and mentor your techs, manage vendors, and keep the property safe, compliant, and on budget.

What you bring:
