Qualifications

• 2-3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC/ EPA certifications preferred.
• Strong vendor relations and control of maintenance budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise expenditures for minimum cost while maintaining property.
• Maintain purchase order system and budget control.
• Schedule and supervise service staff and vendors for timely completion.
• Ensure daily property conditions meet standards.
• Coordinate unit prep and move-in/out activities.
• Handle emergency requests immediately and safely.
