Role Overview

As the Maintenance Supervisor Nights, you will be responsible for supervising and developing the Maintenance team, completing work orders, and developing and executing a predictive maintenance program for all equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production using maintenance management systems and real-time metrics to establish procedures, schedules, and resource deployment ensuring equipment maintenance aligns with production needs.
• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance systems in coordination with production, planning, and staff, maintaining documentation and budgets.
• Work with the Maintenance Manager to assess and develop maintenance staff skills.
• Conduct meetings with maintenance staff to review shifts and plans.
• Investigate and resolve production issues related to equipment, maintenance, and operations.
• Provide technical training for operating staff on current technologies and new equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to expansions, new product lines, and diversification.
• Manage inventory tracking systems for maintenance parts and equipment, including cycle counts and adjustments.
• Integrate parts and maintenance records within a centralized system.
• Uphold safety policies, food safety standards, and best practices daily.
• Oversee safety work orders to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing controls, PLCs, VFDs, electrical systems.
• Strong awareness of food safety and GMP practices.
• Basic understanding of OSHA and safety procedures.
• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary of $85,000 - $95,000 plus a 10% bonus.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including options for 100% employer-paid benefits.
• $2,000 signing bonus.
• On-site, night shift role based in Sussex, WI.
