Standlee Premium Western Forage is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team on our night shift, keeping manufacturing operations safe, efficient, and reliable.

This role blends hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, overseeing maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment, and developing a high-performing team to minimize downtime and support production goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory, management, or team leadership experience
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Basic computer skills
• Preferred: PLCs, robotics, automation experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate night shift maintenance operations
• Prioritize and assign maintenance work orders
• Supervise, coach, and support maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Partner with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and good manufacturing practices
• Conduct shift handoff meetings and communicate equipment status to incoming teams
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and operational performance
• Coordinate parts procurement and maintenance planning activities

Standlee Premium Western Forage is looking for a skilled and motivated Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and help keep our manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

This position combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities. You'll oversee night shift maintenance activities, support production operations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.

What You'll Do
