Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support multifamily communities in Georgia. You will oversee maintenance tasks, ensure move-in readiness, and respond to resident service requests with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II or equivalent certification, and a valid driver's license. On-site work with regular travel between properties is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II or CPO or local city required certificate.
• Valid driver's license is required and must be maintained.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and basic tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, pools, and pet amenities; address safety issues.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and comply with housing laws and safety policies.

This includes quality move-in, resident satisfaction, quality and timely service and personal attention to our residents.
