The technician handles plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting, and routine upkeep, including grounds and amenities. Requirements include 1+ years of related experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA 608 Type II, a valid driver's license, and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II certification is required.
• Ability to read/understand manuals and safety rules.
• Strong customer service and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and make-ready apartments (painting, carpet repair, cleaning, basic repairs).
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog park to keep them safe and clean.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance concerns to supervisor.

The Maintenance Technician responds to our residents' service needs and is instrumental in helping deliver superior customer service to our residents.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Prepares make ready apartments, which may include painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping duties, and any necessary duties to provide our residents with that quality move in experience.Responds to resident requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude.The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move-ins, residential satisfaction, expedited service, and personal attention to the residents.
