Job summary

Siegel Group Nevada is seeking a Maintenance Level 1 in Cleveland, TN to perform daily unit maintenance, handle work orders, and conduct monthly preventative maintenance to support turnover and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of maintenance experience with HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills and 2 years in a supervisory role; strong multitasking and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance engineering.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Own maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance to turn units and complete work orders.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance.
• Supervise and train maintenance assistants.
• Coordinate with property manager and vendors for timely services.
• Verify room readiness and availability to rent out.
• Schedule/perform necessary maintenance on the outside of the property and in the units.
• Accept on-call responsibilities to assist with tenant emergencies.
• Maintain OSHA compliance in shop and work areas.
• Ensure adherence to brand and company policies.
