Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum leadership experience is required.
• Ability to work various shifts and on-call as needed.
• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Leads a maintenance team and collaborates with robotics and controls technicians.
• Ensures safety standards are maintained and safety KPIs are met.
• Manages scheduling, tickets, and prioritizes tasks across multiple sites.
• Oversees preventive maintenance and client relations during shifts.
• Works with budgets, vendors, and on-call duties; supports on-site projects.
