Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:15 AM-3:45 PM

Summary
Maintenance supervisor should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of mechanical maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, cleaning, Equipment maintenance procedures and have extensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per workload.
- Employ, supervise and train employees.
- Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
- Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
- Assist with annual CapEx Requests
- Coordinate project management groups
- Collaborate with manufacturing support teams to ensure adequate production support
Education & Experience
- 2 years of experience as a Lead or equivalent (essential).
- Strong knowledge of machine maintenance and Troubleshooting, reading of electrical prints.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Effective performance management.
- Fantastic organizational and leadership skills.
- Great eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related communication tools.
- Great time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands & Abilities
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Regularly performs repetitive task
- Able to stand for entire shift.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and third parties. This ability to communicate requires the employee to be conversant in English as the majority of our workforce and the third parties that we encounter only speak English.
