Job summary

CSP is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Conneaut to lead our maintenance team and ensure the smooth startup and shutdown of plant operations. You will manage maintenance activities, supervise the crew during key shifts, and coordinate repairs for presses, ovens, and related equipment.

The role requires hands-on experience with mold setups, die setups, and preventive maintenance, along with the ability to read schematics, test electrical parameters, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance leadership.
• Experience with Mold Setup, Die Setup, PM maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and test voltages/currents.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant startup and shutdown procedures as required.
• Lead maintenance operations during weekends/holidays as needed.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace components on presses, ovens, heaters, and related equipment.
• Train maintenance staff in mold setups, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
