Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees all equipment maintenance and repair activities for the Medford Particleboard mill.
• Leads training and development of salaried and hourly Maintenance staff.
• Creates subject matter experts by assigning areas of responsibility with rotating schedules.
• Orders parts, equipment and tools, and contracts with outside services as necessary.
• Monitors preventive maintenance programs and achieves high PM completion rates.
