Timber Products Company in Medford, OR is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for its Particleboard mill. The role oversees maintenance activities, coordinates staff schedules, and ensures safety and policy compliance to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance supervision, strong knowledge of industrial systems, blueprints, and MS Office.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience preferably in wood products or manufacturing.
• Knowledge and practical experience managing industrial systems.
• Strong communication with all levels of personnel, management and contractors.
• Ability to read blueprints and design equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; able to learn company software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and schedule priorities.
• Lead training and development of maintenance staff.
• Manage the preventative maintenance program and PM completion goals.
• Coordinate parts, tools and external services; work with planners.
• Maintain CMMS records and establish critical parts locations.
• Support safety, environmental and quality policies; perform reporting.
