Job summary

Titan Florida is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Melbourne, FL site. This salaried role reports to the regional Maintenance Manager and oversees shift maintenance to maximize ready-mix equipment and plant uptime while supervising maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities include safety-first supervision, PM programs, CMMS data accuracy, and daily coordination with planning and procurement. Strong leadership and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years supervisory experience
• Experience with ready-mix operations is preferred
• Knowledge of heavy industrial plants and fleet management
• Inventory management and strong organizational skills
• Proficient with Word/Excel and basic PC literacy
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus

We have an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor which will be located at our Melbourne, FL location. This salaried exempt position will report directly to the regional Maintenance Manager. The purpose of the position is to manage the shift maintenance to maximize Ready-Mix heavy equipment, trucks and plant equipment availability and efficiency as well as to supervise all site maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise execution of work orders ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness of work.
• Responsible of PM-inspection and PM repairs.
• Ensure proper and complete utilization of CMMS (DataStream)
• Maintain and promote strict adherence to all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.
• Assign employees as necessary to maximize availability of production equipment and efficiency.
• Train new employees as required and cross-train existing employees to support day-to-day operations and vacancies.
• Make recommendations for improvements and elaborate execution plan.
• Lead Small Groups Safety Initiative for their department and conduct periodic safety and informational meetings with employees as needed.
• Maintain and present records and reports required for the organization.
• Ensure cost control by presenting alternative solutions in the execution of daily tasks.
• Collaborate with the planner in the execution of the weekly plan.
• Stay abreast of daily information related to maintenance and production issues at plant (work request, production/maintenance meetings).
• Prioritize work based on plant needs and resources availability.
• Create and plan work orders ensuring availability of labor, parts, services, etc. for their execution. Close coordination with procurement and warehouse required.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, 4 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of ready-mix operations preferred.
• General knowledge of heavy industrial plants and fleet management.
• Inventory management skills required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with personal computers and use of Microsoft Office software Word/Excel
• Fluent in English, both oral and written; Spanish language a plus.
