Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of maintenance supervision in industrial settings.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration and food processing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of PLC-based controls.
